How do I partecipate?
All you have to do is fill up the form and sign up to BNESIM Beta Test Program. We will select a few candidates for each country and send them our BNESIM Surf & Talk international SIM card: 250 minutes and 1GB 4G/LTE internet in 88 countries (TOP 88) worldwide. We will email you a template so you can provide us with your valuable feedback.

THE PROGRAM
BNESIM Beta Test Program lets users try out pre-release 4G/LTE international data SIM card. The feedback you provide on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them, and make BNESIM even better. We know that collaboration with our users is the key to building the next generation of BNESIM and ensuring it’s stable, fast, and reliable for all our users.
If you are selected, we will send you BNESIM Surf & Talk international data SIM card to the address you provided during the Sign up process.
We will periodically ask you how things are going. If you are selected, we will email you a template so you can tell us about your experience with each feature, and it would really help us if you gave us feedback by completing the template weekly. You can also reach out to our product team at any time.

The beta is open to a limited number of participants, so we cannot guarantee that everyone will be selected or receive a response.
No. Both the program and BNESIM Beta SIM are free.
This program is voluntary, and there is no compensation for your participation.
BNESIM Beta Test Program will contact you on the email address or phone number provided during the Sign up process.
SUPPORT
1. Download BNESIM app from https://apps.bnesim.com.
2. To activate the SIM, follow the instructions on BNESIM app.
3. Insert the SIM card into your phone.
4. If you have an iPhone, download and install the APN profile (apn.bnesim.com). If you have an Android, set the “Access Point Name” APN to “rh” on the phone’s settings.
5. On your phone’s settings, make sure that:
Network selection: Automatic
Mobile data: On
Data roaming: On
6. Disconnect the Wi-Fi, and make sure the led inside BNESIM app turns green.

If you wish to leave BNESIM Beta Test Program send us an email at [email protected]. When you leave the program, both your SIM card and your account will be deactivated and you will no longer able to use the service.
