My friend (@triptomaniac )and I were sitting and chilling when we decided this short ride. We wanted to see some blooming Kash ful.
We entered the highway after few miles after crossing the River Hoogly via the Bali bridge. We stopped for a small tea break and resumed the journey.
Our main aim was to see blooming Kash ful (Saccharum sponteneum). It is nearly the time for Bengalâs greatest festival, The Durga Puja. Every year, this time the flower blooms. It looks like white feathery carpet all around. These marks the onset of Durga Puja. The very sight of it is enough to make all the Bengali souls happy .. .
