After a morning of swimming in a bathtub-warm sea, the dark clouds rolled in. The bags were packed up and a leisurely stroll towards home in sprinkles turned into a torrential rainstorm with wild thunder and cracks of lightning and a complete and utter soaking. The water gushing down the street became ankle deep, even managing to pull off the little oneâs flip flop. We watched it float happily downstream at a nice steady pace before chasing it down through the ever increasing rapids.
Ten minutes later, the sun was shining again and our adventure was just a crazy memory.
