Hello from my whirlwind trip to Curaçao ???????? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I already hear you think ‘huh, didn’t she just start at university? How the heck did she fly to the other side of the world already?!’

Well, let me explain! Yesterday was my amazing friend’s wedding. We were both interns and roommates in Curaçao, and then she found love.. and came back for good.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As soon as she announced her wedding, I made the promise to attend. I just didn’t know that it would happen in my first week of uni… and a lot of people told me not go to Curaçao. Quitting my job to start a masters is already stressful as it is, and skipping class to have a jetlag isn’t really helping.

But it didn’t stop me from coming. Loyalty is something that I highly value. If we’re friends and I promised to be there for you, I will go out of my way to make it happen. And hey, who minds studying inside an airplane anyway if you get to escape to a view like this? ️
