Informal settlers have mushroomed around the coastal areas of Lapu-Lapu City. Oblivious to the danger especially during bad weather or typhoons, some settlers have constructed semi-permanent structures in the said area. They are also polluting the body of water by means of unproper waste disposal. Though, during high tide, you could go for a swim. ????????
