Was so busy with the carnival in México the last days… so no new picture. Just this throwback to the highest sand dune in Mongolia. The Khongoryn Els is popularly known as the “Singing Sands”. This name how locals say is given because the sand creates a vibrant sound when you slide down on your butt 😀 was a fun way to go down on this way after the challenging climb up. ⠀
The sand dune lies within the Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park. The sand dunes extend there to over 965 square kilometres.⠀
