We got some GREAT news today! ⠀

After speaking to an immigration officer in Seoul who told us Mike wouldn’t be able to extend his visa and would have to leave Korea by the first week of June, we decided to go into the immigration office in Gwangju (where we live) because we heard they sometimes play by their own rules. ⠀

⠀
Well, turns out they DO! ⠀
⠀
⠀
After waiting two weeks for an answer, we just found out today that they’ve extended his visa for an extra 30 days!! ⠀
⠀
⠀
(In two weeks we’ll go back in and apply for another 30 day extension. Hopefully we can keep doing that until the end of August when my work contract is up and then we can leave for Australia together!)⠀

⠀
This travel lifestyle can be uncertain and stressful but I wouldn’t change it for the world! And I can’t help but be so grateful to have someone by my side who I love so much. ⠀
