We love the beach, any where, any time, any weather! And Newquay you do not disappoint. .
Today we started the day with Cornish Pasty, walked the town and window shopped. Lucked out with a private boat tour @divenqy where we saw some seals and the 2 man crew was so sweet to the girls, giving them all a chance to drive the boat and answering all their questions. We wandered the beach on the way back and then grabbed our suits to finish the day bodyboarding the waves. The kids loved it and didn’t want to get out of the water. I unfortunately was juggling too much and left our GoPro at the surf rental shop. I am really hoping someone turned it in and and it is there when we check back tomorrow. Honestly, I am very bummed about losing the GoPro, but really sad about losing the video and pictures on it.

The girls and I were talking about making mistakes. Ashlynne chimed in saying “It’s okay, we will always have the memories in our mind, mom.” Tia added “Now we know a new activity we love and we can do it again!” I really appreciated their support when I was pretty frustrated with myself internally. And really proud of my girls for trying something new today and helping me look to the bright side. Despite the bummer of losing the GoPro, it was one of our favorite days!
