Do I need a Wi-Fi connection to go through the activation process?

Yes, you need to be connected to a Wi-Fi network to go through the activation process. Once your SIM is active, you can disable the Wi-Fi and use your data connection.

I lost the card with my SIM’s activation code. What do I do?

If you have lost your activation code, you need to get in touch with our Customer Support. You may do so by calling 888 from the BNESIM app, or you can hit the LIVE SUPPORT CHAT at the bottom of the Self Care main page. You can also drop us an email at support@bnesim.com.

I am following the in-app SIM installation guide, but I can’t find the settings on my phone.

Unfortunately, the name of the settings vary from phone to phone, and it takes a little creativity to figure out what might be the right setting 🙂 Anyway, if you need help figuring out what to tap, get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to help.
