How can I top up my eSIM?

To top up your eSIM, simply download the BNESIM eSIM app, navigate to the “My eSIMs” section, choose the eSIM you want to recharge, select the desired country for data, choose your preferred data plan, and you’re all set.

What should I do if I accidentally delete or misplace my eSIM's QR code?

Many of our eSIMs are re-installable. However, if you’re unable to locate the code, please contact our 24/7 customer support team through our live chat or email us at [email protected].

Does the BNESIM eSIM support calling and SMS?

Unfortunately it is not possible to use the BNESIM eSIM to make calls and send or receive SMS.

However, you can utilize the eSIM’s mobile data to continue using instant messaging apps like WhatsApp or iMessage. Alternatively, you can opt for our master app – Virtual SIM by BNESIM – where you can purchase minutes to make and receive international calls, free from roaming charges.

Can I use both my SIM card and BNESIM eSIM together?

Do eSIMs and their data plans have an expiration date?

With BNESIM, you can opt for “lifetime” data plans that never expire, allowing you to utilize any remaining balance for future trips. Alternatively, you can choose “one-time” data plans for a week or 30 days, or activate a monthly subscription.
