Do u that we take 62 days to develop a new habit or change a new one ? And do u know how hard it is to change an old habit ? I have started a new habit that is meditation every morning or whenever I have missed in the morning. I remember in the last retreat Bhante said it only takes 5 mins to do it even in the car. That stuck in my head till today. I have continued to work out at least 2-3 times a week min 30 mins even with restrictions that I’m having now.
So r u planning on developing or changing a habit ? It’s not easy but all it takes is action and discipline. Start and stick to it. Don’t start with difficult ones. Tiny changes, remarkable results !
