Just like most of the apps, you need an Internet connection to access the Self Care. If you run out of credit and you have added a payment method to your account, though, you will be able to access Self Care through your VirtualSIM by BNESIM app and make an emergency top-up. The emergency top-up allows you to top-up a small amount of national data, without expiration, which will be enough to make a few emergency calls, to communicate via WhatsApp, or receive an important email. How cool is that!?
