How it works
The patient arrives at the hospital for his appointment. When he’s in the parking, from his car, he calls a number dedicated to the service. The system recognizes him by his phone number. The patient dials the number assigned to the building where he is located and confirms his arrival. The system sends him a token via SMS and notifies him when it’s his turn to enter the hospital.
