About Humanitas

Humanitas is an AI-driven IVR for smart and contactless management of hospital queues.

How it works

The patient arrives at the hospital for his appointment. When he’s in the parking, from his car, he calls a number dedicated to the service. The system recognizes him by his phone number. The patient dials the number assigned to the building where he is located and confirms his arrival. The system sends him a token via SMS and notifies him when it’s his turn to enter the hospital.

Luca Mattei, CEO of BNESIM, says: "When many of us hear the term AI, "artificial intelligence", we imagine robots doing our jobs, rendering people obsolete. The collaboration between BNE, Dromedian S.r.l. and Dedalus S.p.A. is a tangible proof that Artificial Intelligence can be at the service of the People, empowering us and even saving lives, instead."
