How to install BNESIM eSIM on your Android

Just bought a BNESIM eSIM? Follow these simple steps to set it up on your Android device.

⚠️ Note: Installation steps may vary slightly based on your Android device and OS version. This guide shows instructions for Samsung phones.

Open the BNESIM app and tap Install Now to activate your eSIM.

(Make sure you download the following application to activate your eSIM)

Set Up Your eSIM with a QR Code

On your Android device, go to: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager

Add eSIM → Scan QR Code → Use the QR code from the BNESIM App or your Gallery

Tap Add to connect your phone to the BNESIM network.

The installation may take a few seconds. Once done, your eSIM will appear in the SIM manager.

After installing your eSIM, you can:

  1. Rename the eSIM to easily recognize it (e.g., “BNESIM”).
  2. Turn on mobile data to start using your mobile data connection.

Set Up Your eSIM Manually

On your Android device, go to: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager

Add eSIM → Scan QR Code → Tap on “Enter activation code”

Copy the activation code (SM-DP+ address) from the BNESIM app,

then paste or enter it manually to add your eSIM.

After installing your eSIM, you can:

  1. Rename the eSIM to easily recognize it (e.g., “BNESIM”).
  2. Turn on mobile data to start using your mobile data connection.

How to Set Up APN After eSIM Installation

On your Android device, go to: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks →

Access Point Names →

Tap “+” to add or edit the access point as following :

Name: BNESIM

APN: globaldata

The following Samsung devices are not compatible with eSIM:
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G/5G, Samsung S20/S21 (US versions), Galaxy Z Flip 5G (US versions), Samsung Note 20 Ultra (Versions from the US and Hong Kong), Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 (Versions from the US and Hong Kong)
The following models purchased in South Korea:
Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ 5G, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ 5G, Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Z Fold2 5G, Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Z Flip 5G y el Galaxy Z Flip3 5G.
