How to set APN for BNE eSIM?

About APN Settings

APN (Access Point Name) settings are important to ensure that your BNE eSIM can properly use the local network and mobile data.

Automatic APN settings

In most cases, BNESIM eSIMs will automatically configure your APN settings for you, so you shouldn't need to set them up.

Setting APN Manually

In some cases the APN did not auto-configured, you need to set the APN manually on your phone settings.

How to check right APN in the BNESIM APP?

-Go to the Selfcare page on the BNESIM app & click data.
-Or go to "My eSIMs" page.
-You can find your eSIM's APN to be set on the phone settings.

How to change your APN on phone settings?

Setting the APN on IOS

-Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
-Select your BNE eSIM under Cellular Plans.
-Go to Cellular Data Network.
-Type in the provided APN (all lower case, all one word) information in the BNESIM app.
-Leave other fields empty.

Setting the APN on Android

-Go to Settings > Wireless and Networks.
-Go to Mobile Networks & Click Access Point Names.
-Tap Click Add/New APN.
-Type in the provided APN (all lower case, all one word) in the BNESIM app.
-Leave all other settings blank.
