Refer and Earn Terms&Conditions

The BNESIM Referral Program allows registered users to earn rewards by inviting friends to join BNESIM. We aim to ensure a fair and rewarding experience for all participants.

Eligibility

REFERRER: To participate, users must have an existing BNESIM account.

REFERRED FRIEND: To qualify, users must be new to BNESIM and sign up using a referral code or apply it at checkout during their first purchase. BNESIM uses fraud prevention methods to verify new users.

Referral Procedure

– Referrers can find their unique referral code in the referral section of the BNESIM app.

– This code must be shared with friends, who must apply it when signing up or during checkout on their first purchase.

– The referrer will receive a reward only after the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase.

Referred Friend Reward

– Referred friends receive a €3 voucher applicable to their first purchase only.

– The voucher requires a minimum spend of €10 and cannot be combined with other offers.

– Voucher codes are valid for new users only and cannot be redeemed using BNE Wallet.

– If the code has already been used, the entry will be disqualified.

Referrer Reward

– For each successful referral, the referrer earns 3 BNE Coins.

– Coins will be credited only after the referred friend completes a purchase.

– BNE Coins can be accumulated and redeemed at checkout for any BNESIM product.

– Rewards are non-transferable and valid only for the account that earned them.

– Coins have no expiration date.

– Each user can earn rewards for a maximum of 5 successful referrals per calendar month. After reaching this limit, they can continue referring friends, but no additional rewards will be granted.

Cancellations & Refunds

BNESIM reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all referrals. We may cancel or modify any order or revoke promotion use at our sole discretion if misuse is suspected.

Misuse of the Program

The Refer and Earn Program is designed to reward genuine referrals only. Misuse, including self-referrals, multiple account creation, or attempts to exploit the system for unauthorized rewards, is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in account suspension, reward revocation, order cancellation, and permanent disqualification from the program. BNESIM reserves the right to pursue legal action when necessary.
