We should have done this weeks ago… It’s amazing what the sound of waves and the feel of sand between our toes does for our minds and bodies.

Not only do we start to feel more relaxed and energized but the ideas and inspiration start to flow and we can see the big picture again.

Honestly- We’re tired. Our bodies are exhausted and sore. Our minds are tired of racing every second of every day. We need more of these moments – but I’m proud of us for being willing to take this one at a time when we could have easily talked ourselves out of it and simply kept working.
