My friend @alexlis1416 reminded me of my visits to Aulani! My first visit was after a 2 hour drive (4 hour round trip) and it was only then that I noted that the email was announcing the groundbreaking! Check out the last picture for what we saw! Whoops! Still worth it! The second trip was thankfully when the resort was built and thriving! Aulani was as magical as I expected.
