Yes, you can.
To associate multiple phone numbers with your voicemail:
- In the Voicemail section of Self Care, tap “more details”.
- Go to the DID Settings area and tap Add DID.
- Select the DID(s) you want to associate with voicemail and set the forwarding options.
If you’re not using BNE Pro, your calls will automatically be transferred to voicemail.
To customize forwarding rules (such as transferring calls to voicemail after 2, 4, or 6 rings), you’ll need to upgrade to BNE Pro, which is free for the first 30 days.
