Yes, to receive transcriptions of your voicemails, you need to upgrade your account to BNE Pro, which is free for the first 30 days.
- Go to the Voicemail section in Self Care and tap âmore detailsâ.
- In the Notifications Settings area, tap Change.
- Select the types of notifications you want to receive and tap Update.
You can choose to receive transcriptions of your voicemails via SMS, email, or both.
