Can I set the forwarding rules for voicemail?
Yes, you can set different forwarding rules for your voicemail.
1. Go to the Voicemail section in Self Care and tap “more details”.
2. In the DID Settings area, tap Add DID and select the DID you want to associate with voicemail.
3. Set your forwarding options.
If you’re not using BNE Pro, your calls will be transferred to voicemail immediately.
To customize forwarding rules—such as transferring calls to voicemail after 2, 4, or 6 rings—you’ll need to upgrade to BNE Pro, which is free for the first 30 days.
