Your BNESIM personal number is private. Therefore, you can’t receive calls on it, unless another BNESIM user is calling you (PS: The calls between BNESIM users are free of charge!). If you want to receive calls on the BNESIM app, you need to activate a DID, if you don’t have one already. The first one is free for one month, and you can claim it by following the steps below:
Visit the PHONE NUMBERS area of the Self Care. Tap CLAIM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. Select the country you like. Select the amount of time you will need the phone number for (1 month, 3 months, 1 year), and youâre good to go.
