Yes, we provide a pre-recorded default welcome message for your convenience. However, you also have the option to record your own message using your voice or a digital voice.
To customize your welcome message:
- Tap for more details in the Voicemail area of the Self Care home.
- Tap Add new in the Welcome message settings.
- Select the voice you wish to use and follow the instructions.
- If you choose a digital voice, you can also select the language for your welcome message.
