How Do I Initiate a Meeting?

Initiating a meeting is a breeze! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Enter the Meeting Room: Log in from your computer or mobile device and enter the room using the provided PIN.
  2. Share Access: Once you’re in, share the meeting URL and PIN with your invitees. They can join without the need to install any additional apps, making it hassle-free for everyone.
  3. Send Calendar Invitations: For added convenience, you can invite participants directly through calendar invitations. Just click on the three dots menu in the bottom right corner of the room page, select “New Meeting,” and add the email addresses of all participants. Choose the desired date and time, and they will receive a beautifully formatted invitation.

By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth and efficient meeting setup for all involved!
