If you cancel your DID subscription, you will continue to have access to your DID until the expiration date of your current subscription. After this date, the DID will no longer be active.
You also have the option to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. To do this:
- Visit the MY ACCOUNT area of the Self Care.
- Tap EDIT.
- Select the SUBSCRIPTIONS card.
- Choose the DID subscription you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
- Select the option that best suits your needs, and you’re good to go!
