If you run out of minutes before your plan renews, you can restart your plan.
eSIM App
- Select the “My eSIMs” Tab, and tap the “Top-up” button where you want to top-up.
Virtual SIM App
- “Tap for more details” in the “Data” area on the Primary Menu.
- Select “TOP UP”
- Search the location where you want to use or select “National” or “Regional”
- Choose the desire plan to buy the data plan.
- Your plan will be highlighted by the label “Restart”. Select it, and you’re good to go.
