What Happens If My Minutes Run Out Before My Plan Renews?

No need to worry, we have you covered! If you run out of minutes before your plan renews, you have two options:

Option 1: Top-Up Your Plan with BOOSTERS

• You can add minutes to your remaining allowance by using our BOOSTERS.
• BOOSTERS will expire on your renewal date, so make sure to use them before your plan renews.
• To activate a BOOSTER:

1. Visit your SUBSCRIPTION page under MY ACCOUNTS.
2. Choose if you want to boost the same package or upgrade it for more minutes.
3. Tap PROCEED, and you’re good to go!

Option 2: Restart Your Plan

• If you prefer to restart your plan:
  1. Simply purchase a new plan, ensuring that the subscription for your previous package is canceled.
