The Emergency top-up is a feature in our VirtualSIM by BNESIM app that helps you stay connected when you run out of data and there’s no Wi-Fi available. Instead of a regular top-up, the emergency top-up provides a small amount of national data, without expiration, to cover essential tasks like making a few emergency calls, sending messages via WhatsApp, or receiving important emails when you need it most.
If our app detects that you have no credits available, the Emergency top-up page will automatically show up, allowing you to quickly top-up and stay connected.
