Who is eligible for the Emergency top-up?

To be eligible for the Emergency top-up, you need to save a payment method in your account. That way, we can have your back whenever you run out of credit, and there’s no Wi-Fi around to access the Self Care and make a top-up. If you don’t want to add your payment details to your account, you can connect to a Wi-Fi network and top-up with the amount of data you need.
