Why can’t I make calls or send SMS with my new SIM card?

Unlike regular SIM cards, the BNESIM SIM card doesn’t allow you to make calls or send SMS. You can do so through the BNESIM App by using your BNESIM personal number starting with 55, or any DID you might purchase.
