Are the DIDs included in my Infinity plan subject to payment after one month?

With BNESIM X Infinity, your plan includes two international phone numbers, which renew automatically after 1, 6, or 12 months, depending on the option you selected.

If you decide not to renew your plan after it expires, you will lose access to your DIDs. However, if you wish to keep your DIDs, you can choose to renew your DIDs subscription separately. To do this:

1. Visit the MY ACCOUNT area of the Self Care.
2. Tap EDIT.
3. Select the SUBSCRIPTIONS card.
4. Choose the DID subscription you wish to renew.
5. Select the option that best suits your needs, and you’re all set!
