Tracking your shipment is easy! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a link to track your order and you’ll instantly know where your SIM is located.
You can also track your shipment directly through the Self Care section of the app. Here’s how:

- Visit the “DATA DETAILS” Area: Open the Self Care app.
- Tap the “ARRIVING SOON” Card: This section will provide updates on your order status.
- Select “TRACKING”: Here, you can view the current location of your SIM.
