How do I delete or remove an eSIM?

Here’s how to delete or remove an eSIM from your device:

For iOS Users:

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data.
  2. Tap on the eSIM you want to remove (listed under “Cellular Plans”).
  3. Select Remove Cellular Plan and confirm your choice.

For Android Users:

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager.
  2. Tap on the eSIM profile you want to delete.
  3. Select Remove or Delete and confirm your choice.

Please note: You can delete an eSIM and reinstall it on the same device. However, you will need a replacement if you wish to install it on a different device. Please contact our support team for further details.
