- Access Self-Care via Wi-Fi:
- To top-up your data, you need to connect to a Wi-Fi network to access the Self-Care portal.
- Add a Payment Method:
- We highly recommend adding a payment method to your account. This way, when you run out of data credit, you’ll be able to make an emergency top-up.
- Emergency Top-Up:
- The emergency top-up allows you to add a small amount of national data that:
- Does not expire.
- Is enough to access Self Care when there’s no Wi-Fi available and top-up your main data balance.
- This data credit will be sufficient to:
- Make a few emergency calls.
- Communicate via WhatsApp.
- Receive an important email.
