My data is over, I am not eligible for the Emergency top-up and I can’t access the Self Care. What do I do?

No need to worry, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how you can top-up your data when you run out (Only available in our VirtualSIM by BNESIM app):

  1. Access Self-Care via Wi-Fi:
  • To top-up your data, you need to connect to a Wi-Fi network to access the Self-Care portal.
  1. Add a Payment Method:
  • We highly recommend adding a payment method to your account. This way, when you run out of data credit, you’ll be able to make an emergency top-up.
  1. Emergency Top-Up:
  • The emergency top-up allows you to add a small amount of national data that:
  • Does not expire.
  • Is enough to access Self Care when there’s no Wi-Fi available and top-up your main data balance.
  • This data credit will be sufficient to:
  • Make a few emergency calls.
  • Communicate via WhatsApp.
  • Receive an important email.
