- Possible Reasons for Plan Renewal Failure:
- Insufficient funds on your payment card.
- Your card has expired.
- There are no card payments saved on your account
- Update Your Payment Information:
- To ensure your payment goes through and your plan is renewed:
- Visit the MY ACCOUNT
- Tap EDIT.
- Tap ADD/EDIT on the PAYMENT METHOD card.
- Select ADD PAYMENT METHOD and follow the instructions to update or add a new card.
